My Movement Philosophy

I believe movement is the ultimate form of self-care. It is best way to restore mind and body, and better every aspect of health. Wellness is your most important asset, and I want you to wake up every day in a body that feels healthy, strong, and ageless.

It always starts with listening to you and understanding your needs. WE will design a program focused on your goals, find a pace that works, then refine the plan to meet your lifestyle

Nutrition should be about a life well lived. Using principles of intuitive eating, we will work to better your relationship with food. Meals will emphasize whole, unprocessed foods that fit your busy life and personal goals.

Sessions will be tailored to you, incorporating elements of the Pilates technique, GYROTONIC®, and nutritional support. Anyone can start, at any time, and make progress.  The strength and freedom in your body will return, shifting every area of your life.

  • Pilates

    Our classes use The Pilates Reformer, Caddilac, and Wunda Chair. All equipemnt is Balanced Body. Classes are influenced by the original Classical Sequence, but incorporate additional techniques and strategies making our classes a Contemporary Pilates blend.

  • GYROTONIC®

    The GYROTONIC® Method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength.
